Hale Aircraft offers liquid penetrant testing Type I and Type II. We use Method A (Water Washable) and Method D (Hydrophilic Post- Emulsifiable). Our developer is Form A (Dry Powder) and we use a Class 2 solvent (Non- Halogenated). We follow the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) recommended practices and SNT-TC-1A which outlines our certification requirements. Hale Aircraft holds National Aerospace Stand 410 (NAS 410) and Mil-Std 410 certifications. We have a balanced staff or Level I and Level II inspectors on site with Level III on contract if needed.
